In a significant move towards digital transformation, the Abia State Government has partnered with Tech4Dev to provide an intensive digital skills training program for civil servants. This collaboration, supported by Tech4Dev, highlights the state's commitment to enhancing the digital proficiency of its workforce.

Softicu – a renowned player in digital skills empowerment within Abia State – collaborated with Tech4Dev, orchestrated a comprehensive five-day training program. The initiative aimed to equip civil servants with essential digital skills, focusing on key areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, Office Productivity, and Computer Literacy.

Throughout the five days, participants engaged in a series of interactive sessions and hands-on training designed to boost their technical capabilities and adapt to the evolving digital landscape. The training covered:
